6:00-7:15PM CST @ Soul Strong Yoga
Flow and Stillness. The first half of this practice begins with a short warm-up progressing into a Vinyasa Flow, focused on blending asanas into movement. The second half transitions into the delicious world of Yin, a slower meditative practice focused on breath and stretch deep within the fascia or connective tissues. Poses are generally held for 3-5 minutes allowing to draw inward with time and to deepen into your physical body with breath. Savasana, or final resting pose concludes your practice.
Welcoming all levels, classes are designed with mindfulness to guide yogis in their practice. You’ll flow to a curated playlist - each week will be a mix of chill, house, dance, 90’s hip-hop, and maybe a little something that will surprise and delight!
