Vinyasa

45-60 minutes
Gentle or high-energy flow well rounded in
warm-up, vinyasa, and cool down to a curated playlist. Warm-ups generally start with breath, centering, stretching, and light movements. Vinyasa can be designed for a lighter gentle practice or a sweat inducing, high-energy flow. Practice ends with a cool-down and savasana, or final resting pose.

Yin

75-90 minutes
A slower meditative practice, Yin focuses on breath, stretch, and fascia or deep connective tissues. Poses are generally held for 3-5 minutes allowing to draw inward with time, and to deepen into your physical body with breath. Yin’s secret sauce is offering space for a luxurious and restorative experience.
